West Rutland Industrial Park
The West Rutland Industrial Park is a 15 acre park with six permitted lots offering municipal sewer and water, three-phase power and adjacent rail service. The town of West Rutland has abolished its business personal property tax and will offer tax stabilization to businesses on a case-by-case basis. Located just off US Route 4 W, this industrial park has easy truck access and adjacent rail service as well as simple access to air service. Space is available at $25,000 per acre.
