Brandon Industrial Park

The Brandon Industrial Park, located just off Route 7 in northern Rutland County, is a 132,500 square foot building complex located on 59 acres in northern Rutland County. It is utilized as a manufacturing plant with municipal water, sewer as well as three-phase power. Brandon’s Industrial Park features easy truck access with railroad access located nearby. Four lots are currently available.

Current Tenant Profile:
Tubbs, Inc. has 240 employees and was established 1n 1840. They’ve been a tenant at the Brandon Industrial Park since 1997. Tubbs originally manufactured snowshoes for more than a century. They sold their snowshoe making business in 1988 to concentrate on fine home furnishings with an emphasis on hardwood bedroom and living room furniture. A subsidiary of Carris Corporate Community, Tubbs’ customers include Crate & Barrel, LL Bean and Eddie Bauer.
