Rutland Central Supervisory Union
The Rutland Central Supervisory Union is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to provide leadership for a committed educational community. Responsibilities for this full-time position include budgeting, planning, organizing, supervising and directing the business and fiscal operations of the Supervisory Union, and required reporting to the Vermont Agency of Education. The applicant will supervise cash management, student transportation, food service operations, facility projects, and contract and special projects management. Proficient knowledge of governmental financial/accounting (fund accounting) is preferred. In addition, the candidate should possess proven management and communication skills to operate in a diverse environment as a team-oriented employee.
The Rutland Central Supervisory Union (RCSU) serves 1,100 Pre K-12 students in Rutland County, Vermont including the towns Proctor, Rutland Town and West Rutland. RCSU is comprised of four schools and benefits from a long tradition of excellence in education.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field preferred
• Relevant financial management experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of financial software, preferably Tyler Technology ProFund
