We’re excited to announce we have launched a redesign of our commercial site selection tool at www.rutlandeconomy.com/property!
Since January, REDC staff has met with over 100 business owners and managers, municipal governing bodies and planning commissions, and community leaders in the Rutland region to help shape a strategy for collaboration. This aggressive outreach continues to result in commercial site inquiries, as potential new businesses are looking to emerge and existing businesses are looking to expand. As we field inquiries for available commercial sites in Rutland County, we are continually looking for ways to connect businesses with properties that suit their needs. This redesign of our online commercial site selection tool is an effort to improve our delivery of this information. The commercial site selection tool is one of the most visited sections of our website, and as we continue our outreach we expect the audience for these properties to grow.
A glance at our website reveals the scope of available opportunities in Rutland County. There’s available industrial space in Brandon, Poultney, and Rutland. Office space on Rutland’s West Street or Merchants Row, or in Wallingford. Retail space in the Rutland Shopping Plaza. Spaces in Rutland’s versatile Howe Center. And lots of room for growth in the Rutland Airport Business Park in Clarendon.
We invite you to view www.rutlandeconomy.com/property and let us know what you think. And if there are Rutland County commercial properties that are not included that you think should be, please contact Tyler Richardson at (802) 770-7067 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We continue to be 100% focused on making the Rutland region the most collaborative, innovative, and friendly place in Vermont to live, work, play and grow a business.
