The Operations and Finance Officer has primary responsibility for the fiscal and administrative systems of Vermont Adult Learning (VAL). These responsibilities include carrying out VAL fiscal policy and procedures through systems planning, development, implementation, monitoring for effectiveness and compliance, and analysis. These functions are supported by the following staff: Financial Manager, Financial Analyst/Business Coordinator, and Data Analyst/Information Coordinator and an IT Administrator.
